8 Day – The Heartbeat of the Pearl of Africa

Where Uganda’s forests, savannahs, and waterways come together.

Day 1 – Arrival at Entebbe International Airport – Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

Morning arrival at 07:30 –10:30 drive to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, En-route lunch at (12:30 –13:30) then at 14:00 –16:30 enjoy a guided on-foot rhino tracking (Southern white rhinos, Bushbuck, Uganda kob, Birds like the Ground hornbill, Fish eagle) later return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2 – Drive from Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary – Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park

After breakfast (07:00), drive for approximately 210 km / 3.5 hrs. Lunch at 14:30 then later at 17:30 enjoy an evening game drive (Elephants, Giraffes, Lions, Buffalo), dinner and overnight.

Day 3 – Murchison Falls – Morning Game Drive and Afternoon Boat Cruise on the Nile

Early Morning at 06:00–09:30 morning game drive, Bush Breakfast then later return t the lodge for lunch and relaxation. Later in the afternoon head out at 14:00 –17:30 for a boat cruise on the Nile (Hippos, Crocodiles, Elephants, African skimmer) and if time permits there will be an optional visit to the top-of-falls, after return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4 – Drive from Murchison Falls – Kibale Forest National Park

Early morning breakfast at (06:30), scenic drive for about 430 km / 7 hrs. Drive via Hoima and Fort Portal with lunch en-route at (12:30–13:30) depending on time of arrival you may opt for an afternoon crater lakes walk or enjoy a village walk. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Day 5 – Morning Chimpanzee Tracking and Afternoon walk through Bigodi Swamp

Breakfast (06:30–07:30), 08:00–12:00 chimpanzee tracking in Kibale Forest (chimpanzees, red colobus, L’Hoest’s monkeys, forest birds), lunch at lodge (13:00–14:00), 15:00–17:30 Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary and community walk (Great blue turaco, Wetland birds, Cultural interaction), Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 6 – Drive from Kibale Forest – Queen Elizabeth National Park

Breakfast at (07:00–08:00) then drive for approximately 170 km / 3 hrs. to Queen Elizabeth National Park, lunch at lodge (12:00–13:00), later at 14:30–17:30 enjoy an afternoon game drive on the Kasenyi Plains (Lions, Elephants, Buffalo, Uganda Kob, Topi, Warthogs), Return for dinner and overnight.

Day 7 – Morning Boat Cruise and Optional Night Game Drive

Breakfast at (07:00–08:00), then transfer at 09:00–11:30 to enjoy boat cruise on Kazinga Channel (Hippos, Nile crocodiles, Elephants, Buffalo, African fish eagle, Pelicans), return for lunch at lodge (12:30–13:30), afternoon at leisure or optional Night game drive, return for dinner and overnight.

Day 8 – Drive from Queen Elizabeth – Entebbe International Airport for your departure

Early breakfast at (06:00), drive for 420 km / 7–8 hrs. Drive back to Entebbe with lunch en-route at (12:30–13:30), arrival in the late afternoon for onward flight back home.
