🤝 Group Introduction Day
Day 1 – Arrival in Entebbe International Airport and Overnight in Entebbe Town

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our safari team departing on time of arrival, and transfer to a hotel near Lake Victoria for rest, group introductions, and a detailed safari briefing. Dinner and overnight depending on time of arrival.

Day 2 – Entebbe to Murchison Falls National Park

Depart early by road to Murchison Falls National Park with a guided stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for rhino tracking on foot, then continue to the park and check in at the lodge. Rest of the evening at leisure as you wait for a night game drive. Dinner and overnight.

Day 3 – Murchison Falls Morning Game Drive and Afternoon Boat Safari on the Nile

Morning game drive on the northern bank of the Nile for elephants, giraffes, lions, and buffaloes, followed by an afternoon group boat cruise to the base of Murchison Falls, one of Uganda’s signature experiences. Dinner and overnight.

Day 4 – Murchison Falls to Hoima / Lake Albert Area

After breakfast, travel southwest toward Hoima through remote landscapes and traditional villages, arriving in the Lake Albert region for relaxation and cultural interaction away from busy tourist circuits. Dinner and overnight.

Day 5 – Transfer from Hoima / Lake Albert to Kibale Forest National Park

Continue south to Kibale Forest National Park through scenic countryside, arriving in the afternoon with time to relax and prepare for primate tracking. Dinner and overnight.

Day 6 – Morning Chimpanzee Tracking and Afternoon Community Experience

Morning chimpanzee tracking in Kibale Forest, followed by a Bigodi Wetland or village community walk, offering meaningful group engagement and conservation insight. Dinner and overnight.

Day 7 – Transfer from Kibale Forest to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Travel to Queen Elizabeth National Park with Crater Lake views, arriving in time for an afternoon game drive as the group enters the savannah ecosystem. Dinner and overnight.

Day 8 – Morning Game Drive and Afternoon Boat Cruise on Kazinga Channel

Early morning game drive in the Kasenyi plains, followed by a relaxed and social afternoon boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, ideal for wildlife viewing and group interaction. Dinner and overnight.

Day 9 – Transfer from Queen Elizabeth to Lake Mutanda

Drive south through the Ishasha sector, with chances of spotting tree-climbing lions, then continue to the scenic Lake Mutanda area near Bwindi for lakeside relaxation. Dinner and overnight.

Day 10 – Gorilla Trekking Experience in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Groups are divided into smaller trekking units for the gorilla trekking experience, tracking a habituated gorilla family and spending a powerful hour observing them in their natural habitat. Dinner and overnight.

Day 11 – Lake Mutanda Experience

A relaxed day featuring a group canoe excursion on Lake Mutanda, village visits, or scenic walks, offering recovery time and stunning views after the gorilla trek. Dinner and overnight.

Day 12 – Drive from Lake Mutanda to Lake Mburo National Park

Travel east to Lake Mburo National Park, arriving in time for an afternoon game drive among zebras, impalas, and elands in open savannah landscapes. Dinner and overnight.

Day 13 – Early Morning Walking Safari or Boat Ride and Return to Entebbe Airport

Enjoy a guided walking safari or boat cruise in Lake Mburo National Park before continuing to Entebbe with a stop at the Equator, followed by onward international departure.
