Confirmation of Bookings

The itinerary is a proposed plan. Reservations are subject to availability. Final confirmations are issued only after deposits are received and services secured.

Travel Insurance and Liability

Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance. We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage during the trip.

Health and Safety

Clients must meet destination health requirements. Participation in optional or adventure activities is at the client's own risk.

Validity of Packages

Itineraries and pricing are valid only for the specified dates and are not guaranteed until written confirmation and deposit are received.

Special Requests and Client Responsibilities

Special requests will be forwarded but cannot be guaranteed. Clients must provide accurate personal details (names, passports, visas). Errors may result in additional charges.
