Day 1 – Arrival Entebbe International Airport – Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary UG Uganda

Morning arrival, start at 07:30–10:30 drive to Ziwa, 12:30–13:30 lunch, 14:00–16:30 guided on-foot rhino tracking, dinner and overnight.

Day 2 – Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary – Murchison Falls National Park UG Uganda

Breakfast at 07:00, for about 3.5 hr drive to Murchison Falls National Park, Then from 12:30–13:30 lunch, 14:30–17:30 game drive (elephants, giraffes, lions), dinner and overnight.

Day 3 – Murchison Falls National Park UG Uganda

Starting the day at 06:00–09:30 morning game drive, brunch, 14:00–17:30 boat cruise and if time permits optional top-of-falls walk, dinner.

Day 4 – Transfer from Murchison Falls – Entebbe – Kinshasa UG Uganda CD Congo

Breakfast, depart at 07:00 for about 6 hr drive to Entebbe, lunch en-route, afternoon flight to Kinshasa, dinner and overnight.

Day 5 – Kinshasa – Lola Ya Bonobo Sanctuary – Goma CD Congo

Starting at 08:00–12:00 enjoy a guided tour at Lola Ya Bonobo Sanctuary, Then from 12:30–13:30 lunch, afternoon flight to Goma, later in the day from 14:30–17:30 optional evening game drive, dinner and overnight.

Day 6 – Virunga National Park CD Congo

Start the day at 06:00–11:00 gorilla trekking, 12:00–13:00 picnic lunch, then 14:00–17:30 Nyiragongo Volcano crater rim walk, dinner and overnight.

Day 7 – Transfer from Virunga National Park – Lake Kivu CD Congo

Breakfast at 06:30, 07:30–12:00 scenic drive to Lake Kivu, Then 12:30–13:30 lunch, Enjoy a scenic boat cruise or kayaking from 14:00–17:30 dinner and overnight.

Day 8 – Drive to Lake Kivu Goma – Kinshasa (Departure) CD Congo

Breakfast at 06:00, 07:00 transfer to Goma airport, Then 08:30–13:00 flight to Kinshasa, optional city tour before departure. Depending on booked flight.
