Day 1 – Arrival at Entebbe International Airport – Overnight UG Uganda

Arrival at Entebbe International Airport, meet and greet and transfer to hotel. Rest, safari briefing, optional Lake Victoria sunset walk, dinner and overnight.

Day 2 – Transfer from Entebbe – Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary – Murchison Falls National Park UG Uganda

Breakfast at 07:00, drive for 3 hrs to Ziwa. Lunch, 14:00–16:30 guided on-foot rhino tracking (southern white rhinos, bushbuck; shoebill possible). Continue for 2.5 hrs to Murchison Falls NP, dinner and overnight.

Day 3 – Murchison Falls National Park UG Uganda

Starting at 06:00–09:30 morning game drive (elephants, giraffes, lions, buffalo), brunch. Then 14:00–17:30 Nile boat cruise to base of the falls (hippos, crocodiles, elephants, African skimmer), optional top-of-falls walk, dinner and overnight.

Day 4 – Transfer from Murchison – Bwindi Impenetrable Forest UG Uganda

Early breakfast, scenic drive for 7–8 hrs (or optional domestic flight). Lunch en-route, arrive Bwindi late afternoon, gorilla trekking briefing, dinner and overnight.

Day 5 – Bwindi Gorilla Trekking Once in a lifetime Experience UG Uganda

Early breakfast, transfer to park headquarters. Gorilla trekking experience (2–6 hrs), unforgettable one hour with mountain gorillas. Return to lodge, afternoon at leisure, dinner and overnight.

Day 6 – Transfer from Bwindi Forest – Entebbe – Fly to Tanzania UG Uganda TZ Tanzania

Breakfast, morning transfer to airstrip or road back to Entebbe. Afternoon international flight to Kilimanjaro International Airport. Arrival, meet and greet, transfer to Arusha hotel, dinner and overnight.

Day 7 – Transfer from Arusha – Tarangire National Park TZ Tanzania

Breakfast at 07:30, for 2.5 hr drive to Tarangire NP. Game drive en-route (large elephant herds, baobab trees), lunch, afternoon game drive, dinner and overnight.

Day 8 – Drive from Tarangire – Serengeti National Park TZ Tanzania

Breakfast, drive via Ngorongoro Highlands to Serengeti NP 4–5 hrs. Game drive upon park entry, picnic lunch, afternoon wildlife viewing (cheetahs, lions, wildebeest), dinner and overnight inside Serengeti.

Day 9 – Serengeti National Park TZ Tanzania

Early morning game drive 06:00–09:30, brunch at camp. Midday rest, afternoon game drive (leopards, large lion prides, elephants; Great Migration seasonally), dinner and overnight.

Day 10 – Transfer from Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area TZ Tanzania

Breakfast, final Serengeti game drive. Drive for 3 hrs to Ngorongoro, picnic or lodge lunch. Afternoon at leisure on the crater rim with panoramic views, dinner and overnight.

Day 11 – Ngorongoro Crater TZ Tanzania

Early breakfast, descend into Ngorongoro Crater 06:30–11:30. Crater floor game drive (black rhino, lions, buffalo, elephants, hippos, flamingos), picnic lunch. Afternoon relaxation at lodge, dinner and overnight.
