3.2 Full payment must be completed by the stated deadline to avoid cancellation.
3.3 Prices may change due to fuel costs, taxes, exchange rates, or supplier adjustments.
4.1 Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
4.2 Cancellation fees depend on timing and supplier policies.
4.3 Refunds are processed after deducting non-refundable and administrative charges.
4.4 No refunds apply for no-shows, unused services, or early departures.
5.1 Client-requested changes are subject to availability and extra costs.
5.2 Okapi Voyage may amend itineraries when required for safety or operational reasons while maintaining service quality.
6.1 Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, permits, and vaccinations.
6.2 Okapi Voyage is not liable for losses due to non-compliance with travel regulations.
7.1 Travelers must follow all safety instructions.
7.2 We reserve the right to remove disruptive or unsafe travelers without refund.
7.3 Participation in activities is at your own risk. Travel insurance is strongly advised.
Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical care, cancellations, delays, baggage loss, and liability is highly recommended.
9.1 Okapi Voyage acts as an intermediary and is not liable for third-party provider actions.
9.2 We are not responsible for events beyond our control including natural disasters, unrest, or government actions.
9.3 Liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service.
Okapi Voyage shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control.
Your personal information is used solely for service delivery and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and Congo.
